In Virginia alone, more than 250,000 persons face some form of developmental disability each day. The mission of the Partnership for People with Disabilities is to partner with people with disabilities and others to build communities where all people can live, work, and play together, and where people have choice and independence. The work we do is just a small part of a much larger effort that affects every town and community in the nation. America's 54 million citizens with disabilities are determined to participate fully in community life. This requires that community leaders, policy makers and businesses at every level - local, regional and nationwide - make a genuine effort to maximize the participation and contributions of people with disabilities. You can demonstrate your corporate concern on this compelling issue by supporting the Corporate Partners Program. The benefits include positive visibility in the community, and lots of goodwill from employees, customers and shareholders. We will tailor your participation to one of the five levels of sponsorship categories. Each level adds an increased level of recognition, marketing value and goodwill. Partnering with the right cause can help drive sales, influence brand selection, and enhance the public image of a business.
