REQUIREMENTS: The following requirement must be met to participate:
  • Complete the five online certification modules, excluding supervision unless you will be a supervisor, available at: www.eitraining.vcu.edu
  • Complete the online module IFSP 101 available at: http://www.eipd.vcu.edu/onlinetrainings.html (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE A DIFFERENT LOGIN AND PASSWORD FROM THE INFO YOU USED ON THE CERTIFICATION MODULES)
  • Complete the application process and be certified as a Case Manager
  • BRING A COPY OF CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION FOR IFSP 101 MODULE
  • BRING A COPY OF THE I&TC OF VA PRACTICE MANUAL
  • BRING A COPY OF AN IFSP WITH ALL CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION BLOCKED
