Must be age 14 or over
Must have a documented acquired brain injury or autism spectrum disorder
Must have a functional performance deficit in at least one area of activities
of daily living (ADL)
Must be able to read text on a handheld PDA screen and manipulate PDA keyboard
or pen
Must be able to follow one-step written commands to operate PDA
Must live at home and have a designated caregiver to offer support in using
the PDA
Must live in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with plans to stay in Virginia for
at least one year
