Full-time program evaluator needed at Partnership for People with Disabilities at VCU to implement evaluation plans that include developing instrumentation, collecting quantitative & qualitative data through multiple methods, and managing, analyzing, and reporting evaluation data. Masters degree in human services field strongly preferred. Experience in designing and implementing evaluation plans required, with specific experience in working in the disability field preferred.
