Nancy Beasley

Nancy Beasley has directed the English Language Program at VCU since January 1991. She earned her master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) at the University of Massachusetts-Boston Campus. She also holds a master’s degree in theological studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. In addition to teaching ESL in the United States, prior to coming to VCU she taught English as a Foreign Language in Egypt and India. Beasley also has traveled in Europe, South America and Asia. She is a member of the national professional organizations TESOL and NAFSA.
