Residency // Salary and Benefits
While most residents make essentially the same amount of money around the country, there are small variations between programs and attempts are made to factor in differences in cost of living in different parts of the country. VCUMC is proud to offer its residents the highest salary paid to residents in the State of Virginia. What's even more important is what that salary can buy for you in Richmond.
