Research interest: Studies of the role of various genetic alterations in tumorigenesis and tumor properties, using a variety of genetically engineered mouse tumor models; use of DNA microarrays and other methods of gene expression profiling in an attempt to identify gene expression "fingerprints" in transgenic mouse tumors that correlate with specific tumor properties.
