The Purpose

The purpose of this program is to prepare current and future scientists and business people for career opportunities in life sciences entrepreneurship.

The Program

Funded by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the post-baccalaureate Certificate Program in Life Sciences
Entrepreneurship is offered jointly by VCU Life Sciences and School of Business in partnership with The Virginia Bioscience Development Center, the business accelerator located in the Virginia Bio- Technology Research Park’s incubator facility. Core classes are held at the Virginia Bio-Technology Research Park.
