DO I QUALIFY?

You may qualify to participate in the 5-year study of this implantable system IF:

You have participated in a supervised weight loss program
in the past for at least 6 months
You have failed to lose weight
Your weight falls within the range for your height in the
table below:

60	179 to 230 pounds
61	185 to 238 pounds
62	191 to 246 pounds
63	197 to 254 pounds
64	203 to 262 pounds
65	210 to 270 pounds
66	216 to 278 pounds
67	223 to 287 pounds
68	230 to 295 pounds
69	237 to 304 pounds
70	243 to 313 pounds
71	250 to 322 pounds
72	258 to 331 pounds
73	265 to 340 pounds
74	272 to 350 pounds
75	279 to 359 pounds
76	287 to 369 pounds
77	295 to 379 pounds
78	302 to 389 pounds
