The Office of the Vice President for Government Relations & Health Policy
for VCU and the VCU Health System

The Office of the Vice President provides comprehensive governmental and health policy services for Virginia Commonwealth University and the VCU Health System. The Office serves as a liaison between the Governor's Office, the General Assembly, agencies of the Commonwealth, Richmond City Council, and local boards of supervisors.

In addition, Government Relations is the chief lobbying group for VCU and the VCU Health System and cultivates relationships with elected and appointed government officials in an effort to secure financial and legislative support. The Office is responsible for these activities on the local, state, and federal levels.
