Dr. Dodson completed her undergraduate studies at University of Virginia, followed by Medical School at George Washington University where she graduated valedictorian of her class and received the John Ordonaux Valedictorian Award. After completing her five year Otolaryngology Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, Dr. Dodson joined the faculty of Department of Otolaryngology at VCU as an Assistant Professor in 2005.
Her clinical and research interests include pediatric genetic hearing loss, Otology, and pediatric Otolaryngology. Dr. Dodson has published scientific reports and articles on pediatric and genetic hearing loss, treatment for Ménière’s disease, and retraining therapies for tinnitus.
