A Message from our Chair

In VCU’s Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, everything we do affects patients in a profound way. It is a privilege to treat patients from all walks of life who put their faith in us to restore critical functions related to hearing, speech, swallowing, airway, smell and taste. Trainees in our residency program work alongside highly specialized attendings in a collegial environment built on collaboration and mentorship. We expect residents and faculty alike to be involved in all aspects of the department and how it functions, and we seek motivated, multifaceted individuals with the drive to express their ideas to join our growing team.
