Records and registration services offered at the Student Services Centers:
- Registering for classes
- Withdrawing or dropping from classes
- Providing copies of student schedules
- Processing official and unofficial transcript requests
- Processing enrollment verifications and certifications for loans, insurance, etc.
- Updating student address information
- Providing explanations for any hold that is on a student's registration

Student accounting services offered at the Student Services Centers:
- Providing copies of and explaining student account bills
- Verifying payments and refunds
- Processing requests for late-fee waivers, overpayments, late registration waivers and tuition waivers
- Explaining any accounting-related holds

Students also can drop off any payments in the drop-box located in the center.
Financial aid services offered at the Student Services Centers:
A full-time financial aid counselor is available at the MCV Campus Student Service Center for all students in the schools of Allied Health Professions, Nursing and Pharmacy.
Students can meet with the counselor on a walk-in basis Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., or make an appointment for Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Appointments must be made before noon on the day they are to occur. Students can call or make an appointment in person.
