The Financial Aid staff can provide information about application procedures, deadlines and eligibility criteria for receiving grants, loans and employment opportunities. University Records and Registration is responsible for registering students for classes and recording their academic achievements so that the credit they earn at VCU becomes part of a permanent record available for certifying their degrees, applying for employment and gaining admittance to higher educational programs. The Student Accounting Department is responsible for billing and collecting student fees (tuition, room, board, other fees) and the recording and disbursement of outside scholarships. The Student Services Centers are designed to be "One-Stop Shopping" experiences for students to have all questions answered related to records and registration, student accounting and financial aid.
