VCU CTE - CTE Institutes

Each summer the CTE conducts two separate week-long institutes. The Teaching and Learning Institute is an opportunity to explore innovative teaching practices, reflect on course design and engage with relevant research on teaching and learning. The Teaching with Technology Institute focuses on the effective use of technology to enhance teaching, the exploration of emerging tools and the selection of appropriate technology to support learning objectives. Both Institutes are linked to CTE a sponsored grant opportunity that is available only to Institute participants to support the implementation of teaching projects that take shape during the Institutes.
