Documenting your Development: The Teaching Portfolio

All four sources of feedback can be documented and pieced together into a professional dossier or teaching portfolio. Teaching portfolios can serve as a personal roadmap, as well as a resource for promotion and tenure review committees and search committees during a hiring process.
