Cancellation Policy

The Summit on Systems Biology Conference will accept cancellations submitted in writing by mail or fax (804-828-8566) on or before February 28, 2006. Cancellations will be refunded within 30 days of written notice less a $75 administrative fee. Alternatively, registrants can request, in writing, that their registration be transferred to another person. The written request to transfer a registration must include the name, address, email and phone number of the original registrant plus same information for their replacement. There is no fee to transfer a registration. VBDC is not responsible for written requests sent by mail or fax which are not received by VBDC. Beginning March 1, 2006, no cancellations will be accepted. Registration transfers will be accepted however until 5pm on March 22, 2006. There will be no refunds for no-shows or for requests not received in writing by the required deadline.
