Maymont's Robins Nature & Visitor Center

"Sustainable aquaculture "
Bonnie Brown, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Biology at VCU

Dr. Bonnie Brown, associate professor of biology at VCU, uses ecological and aquaculture genetics to aid conservation of fish, shellfish and endangered mamals. She applies genetics to evaluate anthropogenic (human) effects on wild populations and to probe for diseases, pathogens and parasites.
