We are firmly committed to providing unparalleled
turn-around times for all services. Because our facility is expanding,
our ability to contend with all service requests is speedily improving,
in parallel with the pace of our development.
All mass spectra or other data generated
from the Resource must be properly acknowledged when used in a manuscript,
publication, or report, by including the following statement in the
Acknowledgments Section: "Mass spectra were provided
by the Virginia Commonwealth University Mass Spectrometry Resource for
the Study of Biological Complexity.” Please
contact the Lab Manager to determine a more specific form of acknowledgement
that must be used. One copy of ALL publications must be sent to the
Lab Manager for our records.
Safety is of paramount concern to us. We ask that all users of the Resource
fill out and sign a Safety Form before
operating any equipment at the Resource. We also require that ALL users
provide appropriate safety information associated with ALL samples submitted
to us.
Note: All policies, service fees, services, and procedures ARE SUBJECT
TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
