A. On Friday, we
looked at the ultimate output of Blast Parser, drawing perhaps satisfying
biological conclusions. However, many of you had to leave by the time the
output hit the screen. Do you, by this means or any other, feel satisfied
with Scenario 1? That is, do you see the beginning, middle, and end of
how two genomes can be compared to yield biologically relevent information?
