The Virginia Center for Urban Development is the policy analysis and economic research division of the VCU Center for Public Policy. Originally created by an act of the Virginia General Assembly in 1992, the Center for Urban Development is available to conduct economic research, policy analysis, statistical modeling, and economic impact studies for business and government clients. Our offices are housed at the Center for Public Policy's main building, on the Monroe Park Campus of Virginia Commonwealth University.
