Nominations
Each CMI is limited to approximately 30 participants. To ensure that the most appropriate individuals participate in the CMI, cabinet secretaries and agency directors or designees are invited to nominate candidates for the program. Nominees should possess the following characteristics:
- Employed in a midlevel management position, or responsible for development of policy or managing a major program or administrative function.
- Interested in enhancing their leadership and management skills.
Application deadline
To be considered for a fall 2008 session, the following materials must be submitted:
- Letter of nomination signed by a cabinet secretary, agency head or designee.
- Nominee’s résumé.
- Completed Candidate Information Form [PDF].
Although we attempt to provide participants with their first preference, we are not always able to do so.
