These bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the University Council by a two-thirds vote of the Council membership provided that the amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous regular meeting. Such amendments shall not become effective until approved by the President and Board of Visitors.

A review of these bylaws shall occur at least every five (5) years.
