Strategic Planning Resources

CIE is a university-wide resource for strategic planning and other planning activities conducted by academic and administrative units at VCU. The Center’s staff can assist departments with development and updating, development of implementation plans, development of performance metrics, and benchmark and assessment of progress in meeting strategic planning objectives.
