Strategic Planning

Reporting to the associate vice provost for strategic planning, the Center for Institutional Effectiveness serves as a university resource in strategic planning efforts. The Center will serve as a key part of implementation of the VCU 2020 Strategic Plan and will lead many of the assessment and evaluation activities related to the implementation of the plan. The Center also provides expertise to academic and administrative units that wish to develop strategic plans or engage in other planning activities.
