Administrative Evaluations

CIE conducts annual evaluations of administrators and deans reporting to the provost and vice president for academic affairs and will, by request, conduct or assist in conducting annual evaluations of academic or professional administrators in other areas. Evaluations are based on anonymous Web-based surveys developed by the office requesting the evaluation.

For those interested in the Center’s services in conducting administrative evaluations, we require a list of evaluation questions, an introductory e-mail, and an e-mail list of respondents. After the survey closes we will provide you with summary statistics, which usually include frequency distributions and comments provided by the respondent.
