The Center for Institutional Effectiveness prepares Virginia Commonwealth University’s official enrollment projections that are used for planning and revenue projection. These enrollment projections also ensure compliance with state reporting requirements. The Center for Institutional Effectiveness supports recruitment and retention efforts at all levels by preparing regular reports of admissions, enrollment and retention that can be used to monitor progress in meeting departments’ goals. The Center frequently collaborates with academic programs to develop in-depth studies of student progress and success that aid in planning and program improvement activities.
