Research
Our group is interested in understanding extracellular signaling by examining
molecular recognition events within protein signaling complexes as determined by
x-ray crystallography. We utilize the tools of x-ray crystallography as well as
molecular and cellular biology in order to dissect signaling events at the
molecular level. In addition we extensively utilize other biophysical methods to
monitor and characterize protein interactions including high-throughput small
molecule screening assays.
