- Prepare weekly department seminar refreshments
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and service contracts
- Distribution of departmental mail
- Process expense reimbursement for faculty from 5-ledger accounts (petty cash)
- Laptop and Projector scheduling and maintenance
- Maintain Personal and Financial Files for Department Office
