The Title and Preliminary Pages are things of value: they're the first glimpse, other than the cover, that a Literary Manager will get of your play. And these pages provide important information for readers.
These opening pages in their usual order . . .
Word processing tip: Keep the Title Page in one file and all of the Preliminary Pages in another single file. This makes Page Numbering of the Preliminary Pages something your program can easily understand. [If you're a wizzard of word processing, there's a way to keep all the preliminary pages in one file.]
