All applicants are required to submit a personal statement that conveys your interests, qualifications and whatever you would like us to know about you that is not evident in other parts of the application.
For scholarship consideration, students must write a one- to two-page essay on one of the following topics:
1) Compose “Page 87” of your autobiography. In this essay, consider where your life story would be at this point.
2) “Education and Life: A Personal Statement.” In this essay, discuss your educational goals, including why you wish to study your chosen major.
1. Write a one to two page essay on topic No. 2 above; this essay should directly and creatively address your interest in film and any other academic interests that could evolve into a second major.
2. Tell us a story you would like to tell on film: (narrative film concepts only; no documentary; be succinct and specific; maximum length 200 words).
