There are two parts to the Graduate application process: You will first apply to the University Graduate School (link is below). On the last page of the University Graduate School application you will be directed to the VCUarts Additional Requirements page. This site will include additional requirements for arts applicants and, if you are a visual artist or designer, allow you to submit your portfolio online.
