Filmmaking Curriculum
The filmmaking curriculum prepares students for careers as professional cinema artists or independent filmmakers. All courses focus on developing advanced skills in artistic self-expression, investigation, or demonstration of a concept. Courses also present relevant technical information. In most studio classes students produce, direct, shoot, and edit their own short films; in some classes students work as part of a crew. The curriculum is flexible and dynamic and adapts to the rapid changes in the discipline and profession. The following is an overview.
