Current students
The Department of Music prepares students to be capable practitioners of Western art music and jazz through private instruction, classroom study and ensemble sessions. Experienced faculty advisers also provide guidance for students as they prepare for recitals and approach graduation. In addition, the department is committed to serving the university, community and the music profession through music performances, support of music education and collaboration with performing arts organizations.
