Kate Salsbury is currently pursuing her M.F.A. in theatre pedagogy with an emphasis in stage voice and speech at VCU. Born to a musical family, Salsbury has performed professionally through seven states as a vocalist and actor, primarily in musical theatre.
A woman of many hats, she has also worked professionally as a stage manager, house manager and office administrator in the performing arts field. She enjoys teaching beginning flute, acting and improv workshops and coaching voice. She likes to fill her imagined spare time by feeding her Pinterest addiction, watching British literary epics and baking delicious treats, sometimes all at once!
