VCU Music Box Office
The Music Box Office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and one hour before each ticketed performance. We are located in the lobby of the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts at 922 Park Avenue in Richmond, VA. You can reach the VCU Music Box Office 24 hours a day by phone at (804) 828-6776 or by email at musictix@vcu.edu.
All ticket sales are final. Purchased tickets may be donated to the box office for student use.

Student ticket policy
Many departmental concerts are free to VCU students with a valid ID. Free tickets are issued only until the scheduled concert start time, after which the full ticket price must be paid. Students must present their ID to receive a free ticket. Please note that free tickets are available to students one week before the event date. Students performing in a concert may not request free tickets.
