VCU Music Box Office
During the academic year, the VCU Music Box Office is open weekdays from 2-4 p.m. and one hour before each ticketed performance. The Music Box Office is located in the lobby of the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts at 922 Park Avenue in Richmond, Va. Our telephone number is: (804) 828-6776.
All ticket sales are final. Purchased tickets may be donated for student use through the VCU Music Box Office. Please contact the box office for more details.
Student ticket policy
Many departmental concerts are free to VCU students with a valid ID. Free tickets are issued only until the scheduled concert start time, after which the full ticket price must be paid. Students must present their ID to receive a free ticket. Please note that free tickets are available to students one week before the event date. Students performing in a concert may not request free tickets.
