Stefanie Lutz was born in Northern Virginia. In high school she was in the National Art Honor Society and in 2004 was the president of the NAHS. From 2004-2008 while at VCU, she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship and the School of the Art Scholarship. She also was on Dean’s list for all 4 years and graduated magna cum laude. In 2008, she was awarded the Communication Arts Chair Award.
Stefanie works primarily digitally, believing that we should not be restricted by fear of technology. She has an affinity for graphic design and plans to own a full-service design firm. Her influences range from John Singer Sargent, Jonathan Ive, WWII and Soviet Propaganda Posters, Jon Foster, Bauhaus, to Jeffrey Jones.
She is currently living in Richmond with a very large black cat and one time her sister cut her finger off..accidentally.
