Department of Art Education Student Responsibilities
The faculty consider the following to be student responsibilities:

Adhere to the VCU Honor System.

Follow all university, school and department guidelines and deadlines regarding admission, re-admission, program requirements, examinations and class attendance.

Abide by VCU's Academic Integrity Policy.

Make appointments to meet with their faculty adviser on a regular basis to share ideas or to discuss concerns or difficulties. Appointments can be made by contacting the adviser.

Meet with their academic adviser prior to enrolling in courses to receive approval for planned course work, and seek advisement on other matters.

Be aware of requirements and deadlines, i.e. Praxis Examination registration, application for student teaching, and licensure application.
