3.  Why are old reports not good to use?

We all strive to keep the Millennium database as up-to-date and accurate as possible. The Advancement Services office does this by running a number of "validity" reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. From these reports, data entry errors can be isolated and associated with specific user log-ons. In order to reduce data entry operators' workloads and eliminate the need to reenter data, you may receive a telephone call and/or memo concerning data entry errors that have been made.  Please feel free to contact  Jerome Jackson if you have any questions or need further information.

4.  What Metro Areas are defined in Millennium?

The following Metro Areas are defined in Millennium 7.  For example, you can order reports, lists, labels, files by requesting we select all constituents whose preferred mailing address in in the Philadelphia Metro Area. Click Metro Areas in Millennium for the most recent list of Metro Areas.

5. When will the Alumni Statistics get updated?

The Alumni Statistics will get updated in Fall 2003.
