Travel to Richmond:
By air. The city is served by Richmond International Airport (airport code RIC) which is only 10 miles from downtown Richmond and easily accessible by interstate 64. In addition Washington, DC is only 2 hours north and has two major international airports (Dulles and Reagan).
By car. The city sits at the crossroads of two major interstates: I95 running north-south and I64 running east west.
By train. The city is served by Amtrak which has two stations in the city and one more in the surrounding area.
