Abstracts should be submitted electronically via email. Please follow the guidelines below for formatting your document. Abstracts submitted that do not follow these guidelines will not be accepted for publication in the extended abstract book. Please include the title, list of authors and affiliations at the top of your abstract.

Length	2 standard letter pages (8.5 x 11)
Font	12 point font, Single spaced
Margins	1" all around (top, bottom, left and right)
Electronic Format	PDF Only
Sample File	MS Word Template, PDF File

 

 

File Names

1. When preparing your abstract please follow these guidelines for naming your files. The abstract should be named with the first and last name of the first author; for example "john_doe_abstract.pdf".

2. If you are submitting multiple abstracts with the same first author please append a number; for example "john_doe_1_abstract.pdf" and "john_doe_2_abstract.pdf". Thanks for you cooperation.
