Papers presented at the symposium will be published in a proceedings after they are reviewed.

A reception, banquet, and an optional excursion to historic Williamsburg (at a nominal additional charge) will be scheduled for conference participants and their companions. A special program will be planned for those accompanying the participants if there is enough interest.

The symposium will be held in the Omni Richmond Hotel. The Omni Richmond is located in the heart of Richmond's historic district - Shockoe Slip. Richmond, Virginia, which is about 100 miles south of Washington D. C. is a historical city within a short distance of the Atlantic Ocean, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Colonial Williamsburg. Richmond International Airport is served by United, Delta, American, Northwest, Continental, TWA, and U. S. Air. Ground transportation by Greyhound, Amtrak, and regularly scheduled limousines from the Washington, D. C. National airport are available. The weather in October, when this conference is planned, is particularly pleasant.
