The registration fee is:

$425.00 if received on or before August 1, 2003
$500.00 if received after August 1, 2003

The fees will include the abstracts, proceedings, banquet, and reception.

A fee of $100.00 should be paid for companions who will participate only in the reception and the banquet. Please include this with your registration fees and mention this in the registration form.

Students will be charged a reduced registration fee ($200.00) if received before August 1, 2003 or $250.00 afterwards. This will not include the proceedings. A letter from the student's advisor will be required to qualify for the reduced fee.

Cancellation Fee:    $75.00 before November 1, 2003
                             $200.00 after November 1, 2003
