The following equipment will be available for oral presentations.

(i) Viewgraph projector for transparencies
(ii) LCD projector connected to a computer running Windows
(iii) LCD projector for people bringing in their own computer

MAC computers are not available. If you wish to your your own MAC, please bring necessary connectors needed for the LCD projector.

If you are going to use POWER POINT, please try to send us your talk to us electronically (bkrao@vcu.edu) as soon as possible so that it will installed in our computer and be readily available for you when you arrive.

If you need anything special, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (bkrao@vcu.edu).

The poster sessions will be on Monday and Wednesday during 7.30-9.30 PM. Each poster should have a lettered heading no more than 36"(90 cm) in length. A tripod easel and a 32" x 40" (82cm x 102cm) poster board will be provided. The poster layout should be vertical to make the best use of the space available.
