How and when to submit your manuscriptCall for Papers

All invited and contributed papers will be published by World Scientific Publishing.

The papers must be prepared in camera-ready form using the instructions that can be downloaded by clicking here. You can also download the instructions/template for the preparation of the manuscript from http://www.worldscientific.com and click on "For Authors" and then on "Proceedings Style Files" (use the 9.00"x6.00" size for the book and MS WORD for the format). Try clicking on this to get the page suggested above.

Please do not use color in the graphics as the final print will only be in black and white.

The length of the manuscript for contributed papers is 6 pages and for invited papers, 8 pages including text, tables, references, and figures. If the manuscripts cannot be sent before the symposium, they must be submitted during the symposium at the registration desk on or before November 10.

The best method of submission is to e-mail the paper to bkrao@vcu.edu as an attachment. The submissions at the meeting should include two hard copies (printed using a laser printer) and a diskette. You are encouraged to submit files in Microsoft Word format only. Other formats may lose some details during the assembly of the proceedings here.
