Language:  The official language of the symposium is English.

Venue:  The symposium will be held in the historic Jefferson Hotel. The Jefferson is a five star hotel located in the heart of downtown Richmond and is one of Virginia's historic landmarks. Richmond, which is located about 100 miles south of Washington D. C. is a historical city within a short distance of the Atlantic Ocean, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Colonial Williamsburg. Richmond International Airport is served by United, Delta, American, Continental, Air Ontario, and U. S. Air. Ground transportation by Greyhound, and Amtrak from Washington, D. C. are available.  The weather in November, when this conference is planned, is particularly pleasant.

Proceedings:  Papers presented at the symposium will be published after they are reviewed.
