On June 30, 2007, we closed the door on the Campaign for VCU, the most ambitious fundraising drive in the history of Virginia Commonwealth University. The Campaign shattered its goal, raising $410,341,216.

The ambitious goal reflected VCU’s ongoing commitment and dedication to serving our students and those around us. This campaign, while for VCU, was really about the impact on our students, our community and, consequently, our society. With the help of our generous donors, friends and corporate partners, we have not only made VCU a better place for learning, but we also have made our community, and indeed our world, a better place for living.
